Kitten Pricing
$4,500 + tax
All kittens up to 6 months old are offered at a flat rate of $4,500 + tax. Pricing does not vary based on color, pattern, gender, or type — each kitten is valued equally. This approach allows for a more straightforward and transparent adoption process, while maintaining our commitment to exceptional health, temperament, and overall quality.
Additional Pricing
- Older kittens (6–12 months): $3,500 + tax
- Cats (12+ months): $2,000 + tax
Sales Tax
New Jersey sales tax of 6.625% applies to all kitten and cat sales, including for families outside New Jersey. Sales tax is based on where you take possession of your kitten, and every River Haze kitten is handed over in New Jersey, whether at pick-up in Basking Ridge or Upper Saddle River or at Newark Airport (EWR) with your flight nanny.
Multi-Kitten Discount
We offer a $500 multi-kitten discount for those looking to keep siblings together.

What We Feed
- Our kittens are raised on ACANA First Feast (dry kitten food) and Weruva Paw Lickin' Chicken (wet food). Every kitten goes home with sample food and a feeding guide, so you can keep their diet consistent while they settle in.
Giving Back
- For every kitten we place, River Haze sets aside a donation for cat rescue, given at the end of each year as funds or much-needed supplies to help kittens in need.
Support
- Lifetime breeder support
We're here for you for life with questions about settling in, feeding, litter habits, grooming, behavior and everyday Ragdoll care. Any health concern should always go to your veterinarian first, since only a vet can examine and diagnose your kitten. If your vet finds something that may be covered by our 2-year genetic health guarantee or 72-hour health guarantee, contact us with their findings and we'll work through it with you under the terms of your contract.
Genetic Health Testing
Every River Haze breeding cat is DNA-tested through Wisdom Panel, which screens for 40+ genetic health conditions. The parents' test results are shared with every adopter.
