After vetting a few catteries in NJ, River Haze was a clear choice. The process presented so clear and organized which made me feel confident. The best part was it exceeded my expectations along the whole way. Such a special experience! Our kitten adjusted beautifully and has brought SO much joy to my family. We absolutely adore our ragdoll kitten. It’s so clear that she’s been so well taken care of and socialized perfectly. Choosing our kitten, learning about her personality, and the whole process was really easy. Kaitlin was super communicative and would send update pictures and messages pretty frequently. The best surprise was how I was so impressed with the cattery itself! The other kittens in the litter were so sweet and you could tell their environment was super calm, spacious and clean. We are so in love with our kitten and we would 100% recommend anyone to choose River Haze Ragdolls for your own kitten!

What a wonderful experience with River Haze Ragdolls! My little floofy boy is such a beautiful, confident and adventurous kitten. He gives great snuggles when he isn't too busy exploring every single thing and loves everyone he meets. Kaitlin made the whole process easy and fun.

From the very first email and throughout our entire experience with River Haze Ragdolls, Kaitlin has been super helpful, responsive and supportive of any and all questions I’ve asked. And there have been a lot of them! We joined the paid waitlist in August and chose to skip the first litter because the timing wasn’t right for our family. We were on the fence when our turn came up again, but Kaitlin had such detailed descriptions of each kitten’s personality, that we fell in love immediately…with TWO kittens! We’ve had our new babies for a little under a week, and they are the sweetest little furballs. Not only are they beautiful, but Kaitlin’s descriptions of their temperaments were spot on, down to the constant purring. Our vet even laughed when she tried to listen to their hearts because all she could hear was the purring. I highly recommend letting a River Haze Ragdoll (or two!) into your heart!

Our experience with River Haze was great. Kaitlin is very honest and upfront. We researched a lot of breeders before deciding on River Haze since we had a bad experience in the past. It’s comforting knowing that all her fur babies come from a very loving home and they are all loved as part of her family. Her girls are amazing with them, always playing snuggling and carrying them around. Which is so important for the socializing aspect. She is always there to answer any questions or concerns through the process and always answers her emails within a day or so. We adopted a blue mitted boy for our daughter and he is the sweetest little thing with the funniest personality. We all love him so much. He is everything we wanted and more. When we are ready for another cat we will definitely be adopting from River Haze again!

My husband and I recently got our kitten from River Haze Ragdolls, and Scarlett (formerly Clarinet), is already so, so loved! She has the perfect temperament and personality, is smart and inquisitive, and is seamlessly adapting to our every day lives. At her first visit to our local vet she ‘stole the show’ and purred throughout being handled, with a clear checkup too. Kaitlin truly cares about every ragdoll, and her process is straightforward and detailed. You’re provided with all prior health records and information needed, and our onsite pick-up was easy as well. Thank you for providing us with the most beautiful, lovable, knead-able addition to our family!

I am very happy with River Haze Ragdolls. Prior to taking possession of my kitten, the breeder kept me informed through the process of receiving my kitten. Once we received the kitten, he immediately became a part of our family. The breeder has been responsive to all my questions regarding the care and well being of my kitten.

Adopting our kitten has been a seamless process! This is our first kitten from River Haze and our second ragdoll and I can ensure you having a reputable really matters! We adopted a male kitten from River Haze in January and he is the best addition to our family. My boyfriend did not grow up with cats and when we decided to get Aspen he was a little hesitant about it. It took him about a day before he completely fell in love. He is the best addition to our little family. Aspen is playful, sweet and the most lovable, outgoing boy. Everyone that meets him instantly falls in love with his blue eyes and spunky personality. The day we picked him up Kaitlin, the owner of River Haze told us how chill of a cat he is and he truly is the best. He loves his car rides and crazy sleeping positions. I am so thankful I found River Haze and have Aspen as a result.

Highly recommend! The owner, Kaitlin, was incredibly easy and communicative throughout the process. I initially got one kitten and then returned for another a few months later. They are incredibly sweet, and you can tell they were well taken care of. They didn’t require any adjustment period, they were comfortable and cuddly as soon as I brought them home.

I’m a first time cat owner and couldn’t be luckier with them. If I ever wanted or needed another cat, would definitely return.

I adopted my ragdoll kitten, Miss Chloe, from River Haze Ragdolls and had a very positive experience. Kaitlin was great to work with (thoughtful communication, answered all of my questions, and even accommodated a virtual meet & greet!). The adoption process went smoothly. My Chloe is so happy and sweet, you can tell she was taken care of wonderfully, which is the most important thing. After doing some research on the Ragdoll breed, I stumbled on River Haze Ragdolls. I instantly knew that is where I wanted to adopt my baby from.

I adopted my girl Latte from River Haze Ragdolls in August. She is truly the sweetest! Latte settled into my home almost immediately. She became besties with my 3 year old daughter, which I attribute to how Kaitlin raised them! She takes great care of the babies!

It was a pleasure to work with Kaitlin. She made the adoption process simple and clear. Any question I had, she was happy to help. Pick up was easy and wonderful to see how well the kitties are taken care of.

I cannot rave about River Haze enough! I will highly recommend them to fellow ragdoll seekers. And I look forward to working with Kaitlin again to get Latte a sibling in the future!

We adopted a beautiful blue lynx bicolor kitten from River Haze Ragdolls and couldn’t be happier. Kaitlin was so professional and easy to work with, and he is so beautiful!

I adopted Toast (formerly Nala), and she has been a wonderful addition to my life. She loves people and cannot be without - she screams to see where the people are in the house when she cannot see them, then she runs to the person who answers her. She loves to play fetch with her little mousey. She loves to play! She is very easy to pick up and cuddle, she stays put and flops. She loves food and she is soooo smart (and highly food motivated). She learned a few tricks using clicker training and mimicking her older (adoptive) brother, Cheese, as well as knowing how to use a few communication buttons. She tolerates clothes, and she gets very vocal when she does not want them on. Toast has been so lovely! I love her so much! She is very little compared to Cheese, but I love her even more! It adds to her cuteness! Oh, she also likes to play chase! She snoreessss. Cute little snoresss.

I just adopted my little buddy from River Haze and could not be more thrilled. He’s a dream cat, and just the most cuddly, perfect, fluffy little guy. Everyone he meets comments on with how sweet and chill he is. It’s clear he was well socialized. He settled into my home super quickly—was exploring and cuddling up with me to sleep from the first night.

Working with Kaitlin was also so easy. Signing the contract digitally and paying via venmo was simple, kitten pick up was a breeze, and she gave me a little starter kit of food, treats, microchip instructions, and vet records.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with River Haze. From the minute we met our little biscuit we could tell that the transition to our home would be easy. Our little guy is both cuddly and social. He quickly bonded with our two year old ragdoll and greets our older chocolate lab with curiosity, not fear. River Haze told me that our kitten was potty trained, and they weren’t lying! I really appreciate that he came to us already neutered and microchipped. It is clear that the kittens from River Haze come from a loving home and a cattery that puts their cats first.

I did my research and landed upon River Haze Ragdolls and I’m SOOO happy with my decision to buy from them. My baby girl was friendly, cuddly, and trusting ever since I picked her up from the airport (which was an easy, on time process with Kaitlin). You can tell she was given the right attention during her first months before pick up. Everyone loves her that meets her. Thanks so much for raising adorable, kind, and gentle cats!

We adopted the sweeter boy recently! He was originally christened Trumpet and is now Titan (my two boys were convinced it was fitting despite the fluff!). He is the best kitten. He is so affectionate and sweet with the boys and allllllll of their friends who want nothing more than to snuggle him. And dealing with Kaitlin was lovely. You can tell she takes incredible care of all of the kittens and provides wonderful resources for potential adopters along the way. We could not be happier!

Highly recommend Kaitlin and River Haze Ragdolls! We got a blue mitted girl from her two months ago and could not be more in love! Our kitten is beyond sweet and social, and it is obvious this is due to the loving environment she was raised in at River Haze, and due to her unmatched pedigree. She is “bomb proof”… doesn’t flinch near the vacuum cleaner, hyperactive kids, construction noises outside, etc, making her the perfect addition to our busy household. She would happily be carried around all day if I let her, but eventually I have to put her down because my arms get tired :) Furthermore she is stunning and everyone who sees her comments that she looks like a model cat from a cat food commercial haha! Kaitlin was lovely to work with and accommodating with our pickup schedule. Can’t recommend this breeding program enough!

Definitely would recommend getting a new Ragdoll kitten from River Haze. Process was seamless and exactly as described on the website. Owner is very communicative and transparent about the adoption process and details. She has followed up with me several times since I adopted my Ragdoll about 3 weeks ago. Also, which I think is great, is that the kittens are already spayed/neutered and dewormed before you pick up your kitty. Well worth the effort and cost doing business with this cattery. Thank you!!
